Since 2003, Dani Koala has been dedicated to the world of artist booking through my own agency, Dskonnect. After a few initial years focused on the national territory, the agency’s roster of artists soon expanded to include artists who granted us global representation, and our focus shifted from national to global.
In parallel, with the Overflow brand, we organize high-impact events in the province of Alicante, based at the Metro Dance Club discotheque. After being the assistant director at Electrosplash 2005 and a few years working in collaboration with Dress For Excess, I joined forces with Marc Barceló to further professionalize the Dskonnect agency.
After leaving my position at Groovelives, in 2012 I took over the management of the artist Maceo Plex, as well as the administration of the company Mosaic by Maceo SL, carrying out the weekly residency of Maceo Plex’s night titled “Mosaic by Maceo” at Pacha Ibiza during 2016 and 2017. Those were years in which I closed deals with all the major and most cutting-edge companies in the sector (from Tomorrowland or Timewarp to Ultra or Awakenings, to name a few).
Since 2018, I started new projects such as the event brand “Unannounced by Raxon” or the techno-specialized booking agency X/ACT Bookings. From 2020, I took over the management of the artist Giorgia Angiuli, while actively participating in the creation and founding of APROCUMUSE. Since 2023, I also direct the record label DSK Records, which we launched from Dskonnect to celebrate the agency’s 20 years.
Over these 20 years, I have been responsible for booking more than 10,000 artists for over 5,000 events in more than 500 cities across over 100 countries, as well as managing all those bookings; while from our roster we have promoted and supported the careers of over 200 artists who have chosen to be represented by Dskonnect for their bookings. My day-to-day is based on the continuous direction and management of the company, from its objectives and strategies to the administration and management of its resources.

Additionally, I collaborate with different associations as an administrator and booking expert; as a speaker at music schools; and as a mentor on the Dotlinesdot platform. I have also contributed by writing in the book Genesis (Post-Bakalao Clubber Scene in the Valencian Community (1996-2010)
